Congratulations! You've come to the right place. We know the ins-and-outs of how to get the most out of a wedding package.
Our main focus is set on helping you understand the options available throughout the decision making process. Some of those options involve choosing light sources to match your color scheme, templates for a monogram, whether or not implement a photo presentation by using one of our display options, organizing the order of activities, and even song selections. We have everything you need to produce an unforgettable party. Ask about our all white setups including 6ft LOVE letters, DJ & photo booths, matching bars, and even lighting fixtures.
Everything must fall perfectly in place to ensure a smooth transition between each activity on the timeline. Weddings begin at the Ceremony, followed by the Cocktail Hour, followed by the Grand Entrance, Dances, Dinner, toast[(s) if applicable], cake, party, and sometimes a send off(ex: sparkler exit).
Meeting at the venue is ideal because It provides a great opportunity to exchange ideas and assess the location by taking measurements, selecting lighting and sound packages. Like you, we want your wedding to be as special for your loved ones as it is for us. We have an office also.
In a world of new technology we can use these washlights to light your centerpieces, cake, and decor in practically any color.
We carry every special effects machine known to man. To simplify things we include our top sellers in our "Wedding Package".
Most commonly used to project your initials on the dancefloor. We carry several fixtures in black and white to add textures to the walls as well.
Let's talk about how awesome having an LD design your lighting is. At at the heart of every special occasion lies a timeline. The timeline includes the chain of events that occur from beginning to end including the grand entrance, some special dances, a "thank you" speech, toasts, dinner, the cake cutting, and the big party! Our LD can change the ambiance of the entire room at any given time during these activities.
Lets use a winter themed wedding for example. A winter themed wedding typically uses a combination of light blue and white color tones to emulate a cool icy atmosphere. Imagine this... the Grand Entrance has started and the ballroom is full of excitement! Guests are cheering as the bride and groom make their way to the dance floor where they will share their first dance(we can make all the lights strobe to intensify the fun as they enter the room). All of a sudden the entire room turns deep blue simultaneously with a couple moving heads projecting a broken glass gobo effect rotating slowly over the very special first dance. That's a WOW factor in itself! Seconds later the Low Laying Cloud and/or Silent Snow Machine is/are activated. Magical!
After the first dance the entire room can be switched back to the original light blue and white color scheme for the remaining dances(if applicable). At dinner the LD can change the tone of the room to a warm candle light amber just in time for the "Thank you" speech and any toasts that follow. After dinner the lighting in room can be changed to a more romantic red and purple scheme for the cake cutting as friends and family watch the dreamy moment. The possibilities are endless! This is why our Premium Packages reign at the top of our recommendations list. You can do so much more where lighting is EVERYTHING!
