Our main focus is set on helping you understand the options available throughout the decision making process. Some of those options involve choosing light sources to match your color scheme, templates for a monogram, whether or not implement a photo presentation by using one of our display options, organizing the order of activities, and even song selections. We have everything you need to produce an unforgettable party. Ask about our all white setups including 6ft LOVE letters, DJ & photo booths, matching bars, and even lighting fixtures.

Timelines

Everything must fall perfectly in place to ensure a smooth transition between each activity on the timeline. Weddings begin at the Ceremony, followed by the Cocktail Hour, followed by the Grand Entrance, Dances, Dinner, toast[(s) if applicable], cake, party, and sometimes a send off(ex: sparkler exit).

Meeting at the venue is ideal because It provides a great opportunity to exchange ideas and assess the location by taking measurements, selecting lighting and sound packages. Like you, we want your wedding to be as special for your loved ones as it is for us. We have an office also.
